About Jorge Moro
Hello, and welcome to FineartAmerica! This is one of the places where I can showcase and sell my artwork. I've been taking images since 1973 - back then I used a Kodak 110 Instamatic! And I still have those old black and white negatives in storage. Since then we've all grown up as has my love for the landscape. That's my passion; bringing to you guys the beauty of the landscape. My other passion: Lighthouses! I'm a lighthouse hound! I keep a small smattering of lighthouses here in a special gallery just for those amazing structures. What else do I do? I've shot wedding - first on medium format FILM way back in the day. Used to rush home after a reception, tape off my bathroom/darkroom and develop the negatives before the sun came up. Made for extra long days. With the advent of digital it's somewhat "easier" and I use that term loosely. I've had my arm twisted to come out of retirement and shoot some weddings and it's a tough gig no matter how big or small the venue. My true passion is photographing the great outdoors. That's where you'll find me -- tripod in hand, out shooting early morning or late evening. I hope you enjoy my images as much as I've enjoyed taking them. If you have any questions or comments please do not hesitate to reach out to me at my email address jmoro@mac.com Thank you again for visiting.
